The thing
about struggle....it usually means God is on the move...
As humans we
like comfort…So when pushed to places of difficulty, strife, and when we just
want to escape our own skin...The Lord is usually on the move...
Like a snake
that sheds a layer of skin...We too need to shed layers in our lives...it's a
natural process for snake... as it is for us...
Much like a mother going into
labor...there is designated time that labor must occur...And then there is NEW
life... A NEW purpose... A NEW love…A NEW perspective...
But first we
must press through the discomfort...taking deep breaths...steady deep breaths
and trust...and as in the natural birthing process...it will be completed…and
then there will be JOY... Much like labor…we do not know the day it will
occur...the discomfort…the labor…it just happens when the time is right...
I am
approaching a half century in age...this process of complete release...blind
trust...and just letting go is still NOT easy...
But as I approach
the half century in my days….:) I am now beginning to recognize the Lord’s LOVE
quicker…when panic wants to settle in....I find some blessed space…allowing me
to breathe deeper...as I practice a “thankful posture”(Lord you are always with
me…) even in the most difficult moments...
As I pray to the Lord…I am learning
to TRUST in what I cannot see...and I always receive a PEACE that this
difficult time is purposeful....and it guides me on to THE perfect path
designed just for me...thank you Jesus...
The Lords Word
tells us that His plans are for us are to prosper… “For I know the plans I have
for you, says the Lord…they are plans for GOOD and not for disaster…to give you
a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11 Amen
I love this
verse...and pray it over my days often...as you should too...
Many blessings
to you as you embrace the challenges that you face today...
May we trust
in the “Light of the Lord” within our struggle... May we receive the amazing
peace and the blessings…as we place our trust IN Him...
In strife...we
must trust in what we cannot see...but IN confidence IN God...we know the Lord
sees EXACTLY the path we are about to walk...Amen
“But blessed
are those who trust in the Lord…and have made the Lord their hope and
confidence.” Jeremiah 17:7
