“The merciful are happy. We must not ONLY bear our own afflictions patiently, but we must do all we can to help those who are in misery. We must have compassion on the souls of others, and help them…” Show them the LOVE of JESUS…

Jesus said: “Those who have sorrow are happy, because they will be comforted.” 

How can those that mourn be happy? “Because they WILL be comforted…” IN CHRIST…In watchfulness…In humble mind, and continual IN dependence of THE MERCY of Christ Jesus…IN constant seeking of the Holy Spirit…cleansing away the remaining evil…such mourners SHALL be comforted by THEIR GOD! Amen

Matthew 5:4 (MSG) “You’re blessed when you feel you’ve lost what is most dear to you...Only then can you be embraced by THE ONE…most dear to you.”

Matthew 5:4 (ERV) “Great blessings belong to those who are sad now...God WILL comfort them.”

Our Savior gives us eight characteristics of “blessed” people…for The Kingdom of His Grace and His Glory is for them!  Jesus said:  “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven!”

The poor in spirit are happy. This brings to mind to their condition…they are humble and lowly in their own eyes. They see their want…and they THIRST after a Redeemer!

At the end of the book of Ezekiel, God says, “I am Jehovah Shammah.”  In Hebrew that means, “I am the God who is always there.” God is always there. He’s in your past, He is in your present, and He is in your future. He is in the good places...He is in the evil places…

He is everywhere. And you are NEVER…EVER alone!

And where God is, HOPE is!
