HE SPEAKS on “the END” Times…

“When sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman...They shall not escape...” 1Thessalonians 5:3

Just as the bible tells us of the “ending of days” in Noah’s time... So we will be in the “ending of days…”in the coming of our Lord Jesus...

Thousands of years later after Noah...We are the same earth...filled with corruption, violence, and the lacking of morality....We too have forgotten our first love...Revelation 2:4 “However, I have this against you: You have abandoned the love you had at first”. 

We are a lost generation who has NOT shared our earliest of heritage with our own....the GOOD news....we CAN have fullness of life NOW...here on earth…And into eternity....In Christ who saves us...

Ignorance....it is the greatest LIE of all time...The deceiver wants you in this place…of a lost hope in humanity, doubt in God....encouraging you to somehow seek hope and fulfillment in yourself...trying to find some kind of contentment…and feeling life is hopeless…

In these current times....as a nation…as a world…are we really content?  The seekers keep seeking... Looking for peace... yet never quite content.... We have become a warped and distorted generation that acts out in violence in the name of Peace...

I have yet to meet anyone who is completely content...Even the believer in Christ is NOT content...and yet at NO time does the world spin out of God’s control...Each day is written…Psalm 139:16 “Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be…”   

We will never understand the whole picture until we have reached the other side…where there is COMLETE contentment.  God IS good and faithful and His will…WILL BE DONE…^”being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will perfect it until “the day” of Jesus Christ…” Philippians 1:6

The truth is....we are meant to be in this unsettled place for a reason.  We were created BY God…to be in relationship WITH God.  And until we have reconciled this TRUTH…all mankind will be on the constant search for peace, contentment...and continuing to do his OWN will…however that looks in the name of peace, justice, fairness, or just plain selfishness… 

What will it take for this world to finally recognize its Maker?  Complete destruction unfortunately...And fortunately....For those who know the Lord...

Matthew 24:29-31 "Immediately after the distress of those days…the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light…the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.  At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory.  And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.”

NO more will there be injustice among mankind...NO more will there be pain, misery, death, famine, drought, cancer, disease, horrific earthly weather destruction, mental illness, sexual abuse... and the growing list of life's disappointments…will literally disintegrate…"on that day"...

Philippians 1:6, 2 Peter 3:12, 1 Corinthians 1:8, Jude 6, 2 Thessalonians 1:10

That “DAY” WILL come…like “a thief in the night…” Revelation 16:15, 2 Peter 3:10, 1 Thessalonians 5:2.   That DAY” will be like NO OTHER DAY in our human history…“The Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord. Therefore encourage one another with these words."  1 Thessalonians 4:16-18

Jesus followers asked Him “when will we know when this DAY will be..??? Read about the end times in the bible in Mathew 24…

It is pretty clear, the earth as we know it…IS NOW IN this time of “labor pains...” We maybe disgusted, discouraged, disenchanted, and disengaged from God…because of the current times…But these things MUST happen to continue to reach out to those who still do not yet know the Lord... “When you hear of wars and uprisings, do not be frightened...These things must happen first, but the end will not come right away." Luke 21:9  

Even as these times scream CHAOS...there is a perfect plan to save millions of more of souls for eternity... So we live in these times of “war, rumors of war, earthquakes and famines, floods, lawlessness, nation against nation, brother against brother, betrayal and hatred and the complete loss of "love" in exchange for cold hearts” and in blind ignorance...

Matthew 24: 4-8 “Jesus answered, “Be careful! Don’t let anyone fool you. Many people will come and use my name. They will say, ‘I am the Messiah.’ And they will fool many people. You will hear about wars that are being fought. And you will hear stories about other wars beginning. But don’t be afraid. These things must happen before the end comes.  Nations will fight against other nations. Kingdoms will fight against other kingdoms. There will be times when there is no food for people to eat. And there will be earthquakes in different places. These things are only the beginning of troubles, like the first pains of a woman giving birth.”

IN HIS GRACE…there is still time...we have this amazing gift IN Christ.  It IS what Christmas is really about! The BEST gift of ALL...The gift that keeps on giving...The gift that IS the most precious and most valuable…of ALL things in this world…Blessed is HE who comes in the name of the Lord!!! 

JESUS SAID… “For I tell you, you will not see me again until you say, 'Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.'" Matthew 23:39

As believers, we are called to be AWARE of these times and act!  Tell others of the free gift of Grace IN CHRIST JESUS! You may not call yourself a minister or even an evangelist, but if you are IN Christ, we are called to share this good news with others…to reach AS MANY souls for the kingdom of Christ as we can!  If not you... others will ... And His will.... Will be done…till that amazing “DAY”  God does NOT take pleasure in those who are lost and will be left behind...each of us can be used in this kingdom plan for the saving of souls!

2 Peter 3:9 “The Lord is NOT slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” 

 

So we take heart…we press on…and we PRAY…For nothing else…we ALL can pray for the saving of MORE SOULS…“And this Gospel of the Kingdom WILL be preached in the whole world…as a testimony to ALL nations…and then “the end” will come. Matthew 24:14 

 

Let us NOT continue in this place of “ignorance”…

 “God overlooked people’s ignorance about these things in earlier times, but now he commands everyone everywhere to repent of their sins and turn to him. For he has set a day for judging the world with justice by the man he has appointed, and he proved to everyone who this is by raising him from the dead.” Acts 17:30-31 

Let us be READY…and PRAY for others to be ready…for that “DAY” …“When sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman...They shall not escape...” 1Thessalonians 5:3

Friends in PRAYER…"May the GOD of PEACE sanctify you completely...May your whole spirit soul and body be preserved blameless at the coming our Lord Jesus Christ....HE who calls you IS faithful...” 

Father we Thank you that you are “NOT slow in keeping your promise…we thank you ARE patient…and desire MORE to come to you…We THANK YOU…for not wanting anyone to perish…but for EVERYONE to come to repentance.”  We pray that YOUR WILL BE DONE…spreading the GOOD NEWS OF THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST...till that “DAY” when you come back for your children…AMEN   1 Thessalonians 5:23-24  2 Peter 3:9

HE Speaks…On Eternal Salvation…Who is a Saint?

Colossians 1:26 ;  1 Thessalonians 3:13 

“The ‘mystery’...which has been hidden from ages and from generations...NOW has been revealed to His saints…Christ IN you…The Hope of Glory…that He may establish your hearts Blameless…in Holiness before our God…

Who is a Saint?  On the surface it looks like a “club” for the righteous…the “chosen few”  But in studying the scripture, we learn that Jesus came to heal and SAVE the broken, the sick, and the sinner…NOT the GOOD people…Good News…as each of us struggles with “true goodness”…we are all littered with flaws that make us ALL unacceptable in Gods eyes. 

Romans 3:23

“For everyone has sinned; we ALL fall short of God’s glorious standard”

Which leads to the next question…SO how then could I ever be saved?

Jesus answers this question…

Matthew 19:25-26

“The disciples were astounded. ‘Then who in the world can be saved?’ they asked. Jesus looked at them intently and said, ‘Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But with God everything is possible.”

“Humanly speaking, it is impossible ….”which means no matter how good we think we are…we are not acceptable…BUT…that it IS possible with the HELP from God…

Not only will He HELP us find salvation...but He offers it as a FREE Gift…God WANTS to Help ME find this amazing gift!

Ephesians 2:9

“Salvation is not a reward for the good we have done, so none of us can take any credit for it.”

  

Jesus tells us that…“If you only knew what a wonderful gift God has for you, and who I am, you would ask me for some living water!”John 4:10 

Jesus tells us that…“It is the sick people who need a doctor, not those who are healthy. You need to go and learn what this Scripture means…I don’t want animal sacrifices…I want you to show kindness to people.  I did not come to invite good people. I came to invite sinners.”Matthew 9:12-13 

So if this is life’s “Great Mystery”…Will it be hard to find???

The bible declares it is a personal matter…although the gift is FREE, it will not be given to ALL…You must first ask for it.  It is a personal choice…it is yours for the taking…FREE will to accept it or to decline the gift.  But it is FREE…NO need to do any work for it…NO need to get good enough for it…NO need to complete any religious steps first before the gift is given…It IS FREE…You are just to accept it…That is it!!!

Jesus said…We are called to just Believe…“But didn’t I tell you that you will see a wonderful miracle from God IF you believe?” Jesus asked her. John 11:40

The bible says…“But God is SO rich in mercy…He loved us so much that even though we were spiritually dead and doomed by our sins…He GAVE us back our lives again when He raised Christ from the dead”

Ephesians 2:4-7; 8-10; 19

“God is so rich in mercy…He loved us so much,  that even though we were spiritually dead and doomed by our sins, He gave us back our lives again when He raised Christ from the dead Only by His undeserved favor, have we ever been saved and lifted us up from the grave into Glory along with Christ, where we sit with him in the heavenly realms…all because of what Christ Jesus did.  And now God can always point to us as examples of how very, very rich his kindness is, as shown in all he has done for us through Jesus Christ…

Because of his kindness, you have been saved through trusting Christ. And even trusting is not of yourselves…it too is a gift from God.  Salvation is not a reward for the good we have done, so none of us can take any credit for it.  It is God himself who has made us what we are and given us new lives from Christ Jesus…and long ages ago he planned that we should spend these lives in helping others.”

¹⁹ Now you are no longer strangers to God and foreigners to heaven, but you are members of God’s very own family, citizens of God’s country, and you belong in God’s household with every other Christian…”

ALL are Welcome to Receive this FREE Gift!  “The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” Let those who hear this say, “Come!” Let those who are thirsty come! Let those who want the water of life TAKE it as a GIFT.”Revelation 22:17

So how do I Ask and Receive this FREE gift?

Romans 10:9-10

 “If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved.” 

 

No mystery to Receive!!!  SO lets receive this FREE gift…“Father God I come to you today imperfect, broken, and full of flaws…BUT I desire to KNOW you, and to be saved…today I accept this FREE gift you offer me…I declare that Jesus came to SAVE me…a completely broken soul…and to restore me into a relationship with God…so that I may be saved and experience the fullness of God today here on earth…and into eternity…as you desire…

Father…I am only human and do not have the mind of God…but today I state IN faith that You LOVE me so much…You seek to find me and to restore me…And I believe that Jesus IS Lord and that GOD raised him from the dead…so that in my brokenness…you will save me too!”  Thank you for this FREE gift…today I accept it!”  Amen

WELCOME my Brother…my Sister IN Christ!

You are NOW in the fellowship of ALL the other “Saints” that Christ has redeemed…You too will enjoy an eternity of LOVE with GOD…Welcome I say!!!…WELCOME to the family of GOD! 

YOU ARE SO LOVED…May THE LORD do a mighty work in your days here on earth…If you have prayed this prayer today, and accepted the FREE gift of eternal salvation…I would love to hear from you…I would love to pray for you…and ask for Gods favor in your life.  Amen…

The Greatest Mystery…

 

Colossians 1:26-27

“The ‘mystery’...which has been hidden from ages and from generations...NOW has been revealed to His saints…To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles….which IS Christ in you!!!...the Hope of Glory…” 

The Hope of Glory …

“That He may establish your hearts blameless…in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all His saints…”

1 Thessalonians 3:13 

We ALL struggle…to struggle IS to seek the Lord in ALL things…Daily we have this HOPE…“the Mystery”…that has been revealed to his saints…that is YOU!  A fellow believer...that HE…works IN us mightily…and that WE may be established Holy at the coming of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ… 

DO NOT despair...Paul writes...Colossians 1:29 "To this end I also labor...striving according to His working...which works IN me mightily!

This side of Heaven is SO short in the scheme of eternity...where there is NO boundry of time...May we PRESS on...IN Jesus...till that Glorious Day...  

“Then the angel I saw standing on the sea and on the land raised his right hand toward heaven...He swore an oath in the name of the one who lives forever and ever, who created the heavens and everything in them, the earth and everything in it, and the sea and everything in it. He said, “There will be no more delay... When the seventh angel blows his trumpet, God’s mysterious plan WILL be fulfilled... It WILL happen…just as he announced it to his servants the prophets.”   WOW…I say…AMEN!!!   Revelation 10:5-7

HE Speaks...The Great Redeemer...

"I have forgotten...No more do I remember your faults ...."

I am reminded today how much our Lord wants to DAILY redeem us...It IS the message of the cross!

Resurrection...Is not only the hope we have for eternity...But the HOPE we have in TODAY... Yesterday... And the days going forward…as we never seem to get things right...

GOD...YEARNS to restore us...as we live on this side of heaven in a broken world...Even as children of God…we continue to mess up, make poor choices, and change our destinies for the good and for the bad....

Resurrection means...

"Come to me... And I WILL give you rest"

Matt 11:28

"I have forgotten...No more do I remember your faults ...."

"Follow me and I WILL make your path straight...."

GOD is ALWAYS in the business of restoration...HE offers us a Resurrection EVERY day of your life here on earth!

Turn towards the SON... Literately...shut your eyes and feel the warm of the sun on your face... It is Good...it is Comforting... It is Fullness in the moment...SO it is with The Lord…

Faithfully...Daily...there is a NEW sunrise...

Faithfully...Daily...there is an offer for Restoration...a Resurrection…Out of the old...and an offer for NEW LIFE...for days and deeds forgotten...

Thank you Jesus... Praise you Father God!

There is NEVER disappointment in HOPE…A Hope IN God…that no matter how hard the faith…the labor of love…and the ENDURANCE of HOPE…we can rest IN HIM…that there will never be a disappointment IN Him…SO in our daily challenges, we CAN find the JOY…no matter the circumstances, because we can cling to this holy promise!

Daily Bread…When You Stumble…

We walk a fine line in and out of our sins…The Lord knows this about His beloved... and assures us that WHEN we stumble…He will be right there to get us back on the path…His path…

Psalm 37:23-24 “The steps of a good man are led by the Lord... And He is happy in his way. When he falls, he will not be thrown down, because the Lord holds his hand.”

What a gracious God…before…now…and into the future…He knows the fragility of His creation…ONLY by His amazing grace do we receive this promise…no matter the stumble…IN Christ we are His…and He remembers no more…this is the abundant LOVE of the Father…for His own…

Romans 8:1-2  “So now anyone who is in Christ Jesus is not judged guilty. That is because in Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit that brings life made you free...It made you free from the law that brings sin and death.”

Daily Bread..."Confidence That What We Hope For Will Actually Happen…"

Hebrews 11: "Faith IS the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen…"

The author is not discussing faith in general, but faith IN God...

Hebrews 11:1;3  Faith IS the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen…it gives us assurance about things we cannot see…. By faith we understand that the entire universe was formed at God’s command…that what we now see…did not come from anything that can be seen.

Commentary:  “Faith is believing there is another dimension to life other than those which can be touched, tasted, seen or felt. There is more to life than that. There is also the realm of the spirit, the invisible spiritual kingdom of God. All the ultimate answers of life lie in that kingdom.  Faith believes that God, in his grace, has stepped over the boundary into human history and told us some great and very valuable facts. Faith believes them and adjusts its life to those facts and walks on that basis.”

Let us draw near to Him…“For whoever would draw near to God must believe that HE exists…and that HE rewards those who seek Him... "(Hebrews 11:6 RSV)

Prayer:  Lord God…grant us the simple faith of a child…by which we can trust your love, trust your word, and believe you have told us the truth!  Teach us to live according to it, coming to know Jesus Christ our living Lord, by whom life can be changed…and ALL that we hope for may be realized!  In difficulties, through trials, through heartache and tears, may we win the day, arrive at the goal…and be what we long to be…IN Him…In Jesus Name we pray…Amen.
